Nitrile rubber seal ring. The wear resistance of nitrile rubber is second only to fluororubber and polysulfide rubber; its temperature resistance is better than that of general-purpose rubbers such as natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber. If the secret formula design is appropriate, the maximum application temperature of nitrile rubber can reach 130°C. It can withstand 150°C in rolling oil, and its wear resistance is 30** to 45** higher than that of natural rubber. Moreover, its permeability rate is low, and it belongs to the category of plastics with excellent sealing properties, along with butyl rubber. Nitrile rubber also has better solvent resistance than natural rubber, but its resistance to strong amphoteric oxides is lower.
