The TC skeleton oil seal is resistant to aging, high temperatures, and acids and alkalis, and is suitable for almost any lubricating grease and fuel vehicle gasoline. It is not prone to hardening in oils containing high-temperature lubricating grease additives, but its cold resistance and high-temperature wear resistance are weak, and its permanent shrinkage deformation is relatively large. The applicable temperature range is -20~220℃. The pressure bearing capacity of general sealing rings is quite limited, typically 0.03Mpa. This pressure is generally generated by the slope of the lubricating grease itself. If a higher sealing pressure is required, a high-pressure sealing ring (generally capable of bearing up to 1Mpa pressure) or other sealing methods must be used.

It is primarily used to prevent leakage of liquid (lubricating grease) from its rotating shaft and oil-filled box, while also avoiding infiltration of dust, dirt, water, and other debris, which could contaminate the hydraulic oil and ultimately harm the service life of all components.
