Sealing Ring

Nitrile rubber ring, oil-resistant rubber, customized special-shaped sealing ring, 0-type sealing ring, and O-ring are all types of silicone sealing rings with a circular cross-section. They are called 0-type silicone sealing rings or O-rings because of their 0-shaped cross-section. They gradually emerged in the mid-19th century, when they were used as sealing components for steam generator cylinders.
